Scott H. Hudson and Brett Miles are Co-Founders and Principals of Broad Street Investments. Broad Street was created in 2016 and adds value for its investors through a disciplined acquisition strategy, experienced and creative asset management, construction expertise, and professional property management.
Scott H. Hudson
Scott is also the President of Harrison Homes and Harrison Development, firms that focus on residential construction and residential development, respectively. The two Harrison companies will combine to build over 50 homes in 2021 valued at over $40 million, with further growth on the horizon. Over the past 11 years, Harrison has built more than 250 homes with total value over $200 million. Prior to working full-time on growing the Harrison companies starting in 2010, Scott worked for Silverpeak, managing real estate assets in the multifamily, residential land, office, and hotel spaces.
Before his time with Silverpeak, Scott received his Masters in Business Administration with focuses in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Economics major from Washington & Lee University.
Brett Miles
Brett has spent more than 20 years in commercial real estate with experience in office, industrial, multi-family, retail and mixed-use properties. Throughout his career he has held various roles in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing and has been involved in several hundred transactions totaling more than $3 billion in overall consideration. He has worked in senior roles for prominent firms such as Swift Real Estate Partners, Prometheus Real Estate Group and Piedmont Office Realty Trust.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a History major from Trinity College and has been an active member of professional organizations such as ULI and NAIOP.
